Conscious selection of metallic wire geometry and number
of points per square inch suitable for required count
pattern gives more cleaning efficiency to achieve desired
count pattern and better combing efficiency improves
web quality
The metallic wires made by alloy steel with the hardness
of 900 Vickers at Top Combing part and 200 Vickers at
Bottom seating part increase the lifetime of 800 to
900 Tons of cotton process or 2.5 years approximately.
Easy mounting and removal of CIRCULAR COMBS
makes cleaning simple and quick.
We also Engineer the UNICOMB/PRIMA COMB conversion for
improved Technical features in order to reduce the gauge
setting tie. In conventional method normally setting
the gauge by positioning of SIMS will take more time
and labor. Instead we provide Grub screws in CIRCULAR
COMBS / UNICOMB / PRIMA COMB to set the gauge height.
When tighten the Grub Screws, the comb moves upwards
and vice versa to achieve required gauge setting. This
eliminates usage of SIMS for gauge setting and thereby
reduces setting and labor drastically.
